AB Traineeship

With AB Traineeship you learn the trade by doing it. Forget thick textbooks - with us you learn everything in practice. For a year, you receive guidance, coaching and training from our experienced professionals so that you can grow in your work and be happy in what you do. Most importantly, you really learn the trade. At the end of the year, you will be ready to work as an accomplished professional.

During the training you will be trained as an agricultural specialist. Whether you want to become a hoof trimmer, farm hand or other agricultural professional, we will make sure you are well prepared. You will work independently with different clients, but you can always count on the support and stability of our cooperative. This is a job with a future!
