I'm not receiving a payslip. What should I do?

In the documents section of your personal portal, you will find a clear explanation of all the terms on your payslip. This document is called "Explanation of payslip."

I don't have internet. How can I access my payslip and annual statement?

At AB Zuid-Holland, we assume that everyone has access to the internet, which can be achieved with a simple smartphone and a data card. Public libraries and many public spaces also provide free Wi-Fi access, allowing you to easily connect to the internet.

Where can I find my annual statement?

You can find your annual statement on your personal portal, under "My salary documents" and then "Annual statements." The annual statement for the previous year will be available by February 1st.
