I can't log in anymore. What should I do?

I want to change my email address. Is this possible?

Certainly, to do this, log in with the email address you used during registration. Then, you can change your email address on the portal. NOTE: Your web login username does not automatically change with this update. If you also want to change your web login username to your new email address or to a completely different username, you can do this on the portal as well. The web login username is the email address we have on file for you unless you change it yourself on the portal to a different username. You can also change your email address yourself on the portal.

I'm going to work for AB. How do I get a login?

If you are going to work for us and do not have a login yet, we will create one for you. Your email address will be your username. You can create a password by clicking on "forgot password." You will receive a link to your email address. Then, you can create a new password.
